The First Day of Christmas...

On the first day of Christmas, we introduce Sabine Horner's 'Surviving Christmas  Webinar' where she explains why what you eat and drink can help you cope or not cope with your grief.

The Second Day of Christmas…

Stick to a daily meal routine whenever possible.

Make sure you take the time to plan your food so that you have the right choices in the house. This will make it easier for you to keep to three regular meals a day even over the holidays.

Don't make things harder for yourself by skipping meals or grabbing whatever food is available. This will cause fluctuating blood sugar levels which can make you feel tired, 'hangry', very moody and anxious or -
when our grief is still raw - completely out of control.
