Become an Ambassador
Death has been ‘taboo’ for many years. Helping to raise awareness of the impact of bereavement and the services we offer, not only helps AtaLoss but society as a whole.
We have four ways in which supporters of AtaLoss can fulfil an ambassadorial role. We’d love it if you would consider helping with one:
Supporter
Following our social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn and sharing our posts
Telling local businesses, funeral directors, doctors’ surgeries, faith groups, libraries, care homes, universities, colleges etc, as you are able, about our work.
Distributing our signposting materials, where you can, so that as many people as possible can benefit from our services.
Looking out for influencers and putting them in touch
Area Ambassador
Taking supporter promotion more seriously.
Being equipped with materials
Representing us and local exhibitions/events
Looking out for media and promotional opportunities
Intentionally approaching people and organisations in your geographical area or field of work
Subject Matter Expert
Our Subject Matter Experts are individuals who have a specialism they can offer to help with our cause, offering advice and information for our website, and for events according to their particular expertise.
Celebrity Ambassador
High profile individuals who can represent us in the media and/or reach large numbers through their own social media platforms.
