This is a FREE confidential helpline for parents and carers throughout NI, providing advice, support and guidance on a wide range of parenting issues including bereavement or concern about a grieving child. All calls are answered by our dedicated and professional team of Parent Support Officers, who wholeheartedly believe in the importance of parenting. Parent Support Officers are prepared to expect questions on a huge range of issues. There are no silly questions when it comes to parenting!
