Dr Roger Greene

Dr Roger Greene has a background in behavioural science with extensive experience of front-line leadership in the public, commercial and charitable sectors over 30 years. He was Chief Executive of 2 NHS Trusts in the south-east of England over 12 years, part-time CEO of a charity for 3 years, followed by 14 years as a consultant. Latterly he has focused on mentoring and coaching underpinned by a mission: To help people see beyond their circumstances and conditioning to live a flourishing life. As well as being Deputy CEO Roger is leading engagement and partnership with the public, health and bereavement sectors for AtaLoss and developing ‘Bereavement Friendly Communities’. Roger has experienced his wife suffering early onset dementia and dying of Covid in a care home during the pandemic. He is based in West Sussex.
