The Miscarriage Association
Miscarriage is the most common kind of pregnancy loss, affecting around one in four pregnancies. The Miscarriage Association works to provide support and information to anyone affected by miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or molar pregnancy. On their website you’ll find lots of information about the facts and feelings of pregnancy loss as well as details of their support services. They have a staffed helpline, webchat, support groups, telephone support volunteers and on-line support where you can share your experiences and comfort others.
The website also contains stories from people affected by pregnancy loss and a special ‘Stars of Remembrance’ space for marking the brief lives of babies lost during pregnancy.
Face to face groups are; Edinburgh, Belfast, Nottingham, Blackpool, Huntington and Hampshire groups meet face to face. See: https://www.miscarriageassociation.org.uk/how-we-help/support-groups/
