The Harvey Hext Trust - A Sibling's Wish
The Harvey Hext Trust supplies high quality, large, wooden, individual A4 personalised memory boxes to children who have lost a sibling or a parent .
The memory boxes are designed by the bereaved child with a family member or a bereavement professional, using photos, pictures or drawings that are special to them. Designing the boxes is a therapy that can support the chid with their grief for many years to come.
Also providing booklets for young children on the death of a Sibling or friend.
Memory Boxes are only supplied to families through bereavement services; they do not sell boxes directly.
Bereavement bags are also supplied by the charity to hospitals and hospices across the UK. The bags are given to families to take a Childs belongings home in after they have died.
The charity also offers local support for families who have lost a child and are living in the Southwest by providing family days out.
