St. Peter's Bereavement Support Group
Offering signposting to other organisations, as well the opportunity to join a bereavement group. St.Peter's Bereavement Support Group, based in Stockport, operates as a small, friendly group, which normally meets twice a month on Tuesday and Friday evening at 7.00pm.
Tuesday's session is held either in Church or in the Parish Centre, at 7.00 p.m, includes lighting candles in memory of loved ones, this is followed by a prayer service and reflection and then continue with tea and coffee. On the Friday night there is a social evening, with a meal together and occasionally an evening out and sometimes an Afternoon Tea.
