St Kentigern Hospice is a local charity providing care and support for patients with a life limiting illness across North East Wales. St Kentigern Hospice provides specialist palliative care to patients and support for families to meet their individual needs. They offer comprehensive bereavement support service for all ages to accommodate individual needs. Informal support is available by telephone or face to face in the hospice. This can be especially helpful for those who are experiencing delayed or complicated grief.
