St Cuthbert's Hospice
The Bereavement Support Team provide bereavement counselling to adults living in County Durham. The Children’s Bereavement Support Team can help children and teenagers to make some sense of their feelings using a range of age-appropriate activities and therapies.
This care also extends to people in our community with no connection to the Hospice. This service is both free and confidential.
The Jigsaw Project at St Cuthbert’s Hospice is a counselling service especially for children and young people who have experienced grief, loss and bereavement. This may be because of life-limiting illnesses and palliative care or unexpected or sudden death including suicide, road traffic accidents and murder. For more click HERE
