Safe Space
Safe Space is a new crisis service within Mind with three hubs one in Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow. Safe Space is for anyone who feels they are nearing crisis point. They are there to listen to what you need and work with you to help. This might be strategies to help you cope in the moment, a range of activities we provide free of charge, resources to take away or connecting you with practical local services. They also offer face to face, telephone and video-conference support. The Safe Space is open between 6pm-1am (core hours 6pm-11pm), 7 days a week. Between 6pm-8pm, service users are free to drop into our service. Between 8pm-11pm service users can make an appointment to either call or come into our service.
