Pregnancy Options Centre
Pregnancy Options Centre provides free, non-directive counselling and support to anyone struggling following a pregnancy loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, therapeutic termination, or an abortion. Sessions are client led and provide a safe environment for women, partners, and family members to talk about their thoughts and emotions surrounding their circumstances. Support looks at complex issues and emotions that clients can feel after a pregnancy loss or abortion, such as grief, guilt, shame, depression, anger, and acceptance. Based in Chichester, West Sussex but serve the surrounding areas between Worthing, West Sussex and Portsmouth, South-East Hampshire. They are organisational members of the BACP (British Association for Counsellor and Psychotherapists) and adhere to their code of ethics.
