James Support Group
James Mullery was 28 years old when he took his own life, leaving behind a partner, family of three young children and many friends. The Group was formed by James Mullery's family and friends to help others in a similar situation. The meetings are free, and include parking & refreshments. It is a safe place to talk or just to listen, with people who completely understand what you are going through.
James Group are not counsellors, just a family stricken by grief who are prepared to help others in the same situation. They have taken it upon themselves to attend various training events & information sessions, and actively network with other groups & organisations for the common good.

Go along to the monthly meeting at the Tattoo Hut Studio in Culloden (near Spar) held on the last Sunday of the month, every month from 12am till 2pm.

Elgin
Fort William
Meetings ‘by appointment’ are held in Aviemore, Nairn, Ullapool and Grantown on Spey.
