Good life, Good death, Good grief
Good life, Good Death, Good Grief want Scotland to be a place where people help each other through the difficult times that can come with death, dying, loss and care.
What does good life, good death, good grief do?
- They run annual participative events such as Good Death Week and the To Absent Friends festival, creating opportunities for people to take local action to increase knowledge, skills and confidence.
- They proactively encourage local and national media engagement and dialogue.
- They identify and share good practice, learning from and engaging with practitioners within Scotland and internationally.
- They provide networking opportunities for their members.
- They publish a monthly newsletter for their members, sharing the latest developments, events and news in Scotland and beyond.
- They provide information resources and practical tools for their members, making them freely available on our website.
- They run small grants schemes to support local activities by their members.
- They work to influence public policy.
- They run a website that provides and signposts to resources for people who are dealing with death, dying and bereavement in a personal capacity.
