Forest Holme Hospice Charity, Bereavement Café
Bereavement Café is open to anyone, irrespective of any connection to Forest Holme, who is trying to deal with grief while in the midst of busy schedules and the demands of work and family.
Grief is a deeply personal journey, yet it’s one that often feels isolating, especially when dealing with the profound loss of a loved one, family member, or friend. The Bereavement Café offers an opportunity to pause, enjoy a coffee and cake, and share or reflect with others who are experiencing similar emotions and challenges.
It is FREE to attend with a free hot drink and cake and is facilitated by specialist volunteers, who are able to help signpost if you are looking for further support.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by loss or simply need someone to listen, our community is here for you.
Bereavement Café takes place every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 10am until 11.30am.
