Falkirk Trinity Church Bereavement Support
Falkirk Trinity Church offers bereavement support groups for both adults and children / young people. This confidential service is open to all in the local community, of any faith or none, and is free of charge.
This is an educational programme, not counselling or therapy. Using Seasons for Growth material we meet in small groups once a week. The aim is to build resilience and bring hope and confidence following a bereavement. It is the support from one another and the feeling that you are not on your own that is most valued as well as the opportunity to talk about your feelings in a safe place.
