Community Care and Wellbeing Service (CCAWS) is a local mental health charity specialising in wellbeing support for diverse Black Asian & Minority Ethnic communities in Cardiff & South Wales. They offer a culturally and faith-sensitive bereavement counselling and support service. Counselling can help a person process their grief in a safe, non-judgmental space. A referral form can be found on their website, or clients can self-refer by telephone or email. Counselling is available in English and a number of community languages including Urdu, Bengali, Arabic & Hindi.
