Bodie Hodges Foundation
The Bodie Hodges Foundation was formed in 2012, to support families who have been bereaved of a child of any age and to promote organ donation. Their vision is to give hope to families bereaved of a child by providing a range of services that support grieving families and encourage them to rebuild and remember including;
- Supporting parents and children during the first 2 years after the death of a child aged 18 and under.
This includes, 1-1 counselling for individuals and couples, 1-1 counselling for children and young people, peer support groups for adults, children, and young people. Bereavement support for siblings with SEND.
- Bodie’s Treasured Memory Bags. We provide a bag filled with grief resources free of charge to families following the death of a sibling or for those born after the death. These bags are sent out across the UK and be requested through our website.
- Supporting parents whose only child has died, as well as families with living children. Individuals and families of any faith or no faith.
